• Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs and goals.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure efficacy in treatment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals such as psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists to deliver comprehensive care and support to clients.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress notes, treatment plans, and all relevant client information, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed on the latest research in the mental health field.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

The role primarily involves working with a diverse range of clients seeking mental health support, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various life transitions. You will be pivotal in providing compassionate, client-centered care that addresses the unique challenges each individual faces. • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required for this position.
• A valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.
• Must demonstrate the ability to practice independently without supervision.
• Strong computer literacy skills are essential for efficiently navigating telehealth platforms and documentation systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, showcasing a compassionate and empathetic nature.

• 1-3+ years of experience providing counseling or therapy, particularly in a remote or telehealth setting.
• Experience utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar approaches is highly valued.
• Knowledge of community resources and crisis intervention strategies is beneficial for client care.
