This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to create a work environment that is comfortable and conducive to your productivity. While our services are delivered via an outpatient office setting online, you will not need to maintain a physical office. Our robust telehealth platform supports multiple modes of communication, including video calls, audio messages, and secure messaging, ensuring that you can connect with your clients in a manner that best suits their needs. Our clients, who are pre-screened for stability and low acuity, are seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and grief. This focused demographic allows you to apply your skills and knowledge effectively and confidently.

• Provide counseling sessions to clients through an all-in-one telehealth platform, utilizing video, audio, and written communication.
• Conduct assessments to determine the specific needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Engage in continuous clinical evaluation and adjust therapy approaches as needed based on client progress and feedback.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.
• Participate in peer consultation and supervision sessions to enhance practice, share ideas, and address challenging cases.

Your primary focus will be working with low-acuity adult clients who are dealing with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), relationship concerns, and grief. Unlike many traditional practices, we do not work with children or patients with severe mental health conditions, enabling counselors to dedicate their efforts to clients whose needs align closely with their expertise.

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a closely related field.
• A valid and unrestricted LPCC License with no disciplinary actions.
• A reliable internet connection and a desktop or laptop computer (tablets are not supported).
• Strong organizational skills to manage client schedules and maintain accurate records.

• Previous experience in telehealth or online counseling environments.
• Experience working with adult populations in mental health settings.
• Familiarity with using technology for client engagement and document management.
• Strong communication skills and an empathetic approach to client interactions.

The salary range for this full-time position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting the expertise and commitment you bring to our team.
