As a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will operate in a fully virtual setting, allowing for flexible scheduling that accommodates both your availability and your clients' needs. • Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments of students to understand their psychological and emotional needs, providing a foundational basis for individualized care plans.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to meet the specific requirements of each client, integrating evidence-based practices and trauma-informed techniques.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating discussions and activities that engage students and encourage participation in their mental health journey.
• Communicate regularly with physicians, school administrators, and other healthcare professionals to report on patient progress and address patient concerns, ensuring a cohesive approach to care.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation, including clinical notes and treatment progress, adhering to departmental policies and supporting ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide crisis intervention services, including real-time assessments for students in distress, and develop appropriate response plans tailored to situational needs.
• Assist with discharge planning and care coordination, working closely with various service providers to facilitate access to necessary resources and follow-up services.
• Engage with families and support systems to coordinate treatment goals, discharge planning, and ongoing support initiatives for their children.

This role predominantly focuses on school-aged clients experiencing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. You will work closely with students facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues that can impact their educational experiences. Your expertise will help create a safe space for students to express themselves, learn coping strategies, and develop healthy relationships.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of full-time post-graduate experience delivering mental health services, specifically in a clinical or educational setting.
• Strong organizational skills, allowing you to effectively manage caseloads and documentation while providing quality care to each client.
• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office, and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

• Experience working within a school environment or with children and adolescents.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and practices, specifically related to youth mental health.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, showing initiative in managing time and tasks while being part of a remote team.
