Computer Systems Analyst - Technical Lead

Location: Remote (as required)
Clearance: Public Trust
Eligibility: U.S. Citizen

Overview

Seeking a Technical Lead to manage IT service operations, system coordination, and escalation management within a federal regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform operations
Manage incident, problem, and escalation workflows
Coordinate system integrations including ODT and CITL
Provide technical leadership and oversight to support teams
Ensure compliance with federal IT and security standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
