Categories: Project Management/Business Analyst

As a Business Systems Consultant (BSC), you will partner with business and technology teams to improve systems, processes, and enterprise data integrations. This role focuses on data mapping, supporting enterprise system integrations, and understanding end-to-end data flows within a Snowflake-based data ecosystem. You'll help translate business needs into scalable solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and business outcomes.

This position may be filled at the BSC level I or II depending on experience.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
    • Business Systems Consultant I:  $75,500 - $85,500, plus annual bonus opportunity.
    • Business Systems Consultant II:  $86,000 - $100,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Work-life balance with vacation, personal time and paid holidays. See our benefits and perks page for details.
  • Applicants for this position must not now, nor at any point in the future, require sponsorship for employment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Gather and translate business requirements into system and data solutions. Partner with stakeholders to document workflows, define business needs, and create clear requirements that support system enhancements and integrations.
  • Lead data mapping and integration support activities. Document and validate data mappings, support enterprise system integrations, and ensure accurate, reliable data flow across systems within a Teradata/Snowflake-based data environment.
  • Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Perform gap analysis, evaluate current and future state processes, and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and user experience.
  • Support system implementations, testing, and vendor coordination. Help develop test strategies, validate system functionality, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and ensure solutions meet business and technical expectations.
  • Support change management and communication efforts. Contribute to business cases, training materials, and communication plans that help teams successfully adopt new systems and process improvements.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Experience working with Qualtrics and experience management platforms is REQUIRED. This includes supporting integrations, managing data flows, or partnering with business teams to configure and enhance solutions using Qualtrics.
  • Experience supporting business systems analysis or consulting work. This includes gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and supporting system implementations, enhancements, or integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with data mapping or enterprise system integrations. You understand how data moves across systems and can document and validate data flows within complex environments. Experience with Snowflake is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You can assess current processes, identify gaps, and recommend practical solutions that balance business needs and technical considerations.
  • Experience working within Agile, SDLC, or structured implementation environments. You're comfortable participating in testing, coordinating across teams, and adapting to evolving project priorities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills. You build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and clearly communicate technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
  • You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Teradata, or enterprise data warehouse environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level system integrations across multiple platforms.
  • Knowledge of business analysis, data management, or process improvement frameworks (e.g., BABOK, DMBOK, ADKAR).
