Job description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, or comparable technical/educational discipline strongly preferred

  • A minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in a related field preferred

  • 5+ years' experience working with technical support of Human Capital Management systems

  • 3+ years' experience working with technical support of ServiceNow or a similar service delivery ticketing system

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience participating in the implementation and testing of at least one cloud-based system
  • Experience using ServiceNow preferred
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience using databases and creating reports
  • Experience working with Human Resources data and processes
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-starter, able to effectively prioritize activities with little direction
  • Ability to foster and maintain strong professional relationships within and outside the department
  • Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $85,200-$106,500annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
