This position is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in AWS cloud administration, Linux and Windows server management, automation, and enterprise infrastructure support. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing cloud and on-premises infrastructure while ensuring reliability, security, scalability, and operational excellence.

โ€ข Deploy and maintain Windows desktop operating systems, including imaging, software deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management
โ€ข Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
โ€ข Support enterprise problem management and operational processes to maintain service availability and stability
โ€ข Implement security best practices across cloud and infrastructure environments, including access controls, system hardening, and vulnerability remediation
โ€ข Automate system administration tasks and infrastructure deployments using tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, GitHub Actions, Bash, or Python

configuration, patch management, and system maintenance
โ€ข 3+ years of experience supporting Windows desktop environments, including imaging,
deployment, and lifecycle management
โ€ข Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, and security protocols
โ€ข Experience with cloud security principles and infrastructure security best practices
โ€ข Experience with automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or GitHub Actions
โ€ข Experience with scripting languages such as Bash and/or Python
โ€ข Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues in enterprise environments
