Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' psychological, emotional, and relational needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific goals and challenges of clients.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique situation.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated treatment approaches for clients.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with state regulations and facility guidelines.
• Educate clients and their families on coping strategies, therapeutic processes, and available mental health resources.
• Actively participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients often present with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications

• Possession of a valid LMFT license in the state of Missouri.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health or psychiatric setting, demonstrating the ability to handle complex therapeutic situations.
• Experience working with various populations and an understanding of different mental health conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that promote effective connections with clients and team members.
• Ability to contribute positively to a multidisciplinary team dynamic.
• Familiarity with state and federal mental health regulations is an asset.

Preferred Experience

• Previous involvement with community health initiatives or similar clinical settings.
• Specialization in specific areas of therapy, such as trauma-informed care or marriage therapy, is a plus.
• Experience utilizing various therapeutic frameworks and modalities to address diverse client needs.

Compensation and Benefits

We are proud to offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience.
