• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns and establish personalized, actionable treatment plans.
• Design tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each client, incorporating their strengths and preferences.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, fostering an engaging atmosphere that promotes healing.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure integrated and holistic care for each client.
• Educate and provide support to clients' families, encouraging their involvement in the recovery process and enhancing their understanding of mental health issues.
• Maintain thorough and confidential records in adherence to state regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Your role will revolve around serving a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing varying mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your background in culturally competent care will be vital in understanding and responding to the unique experiences of each individual we serve.

• Current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Proven experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating your capacity to engage effectively with clients.
• Sound knowledge of evidence-based treatments and best practices across a spectrum of mental health disorders.
• Exceptional interpersonal and counseling skills, fostering strong therapeutic alliances that encourage client motivation and progress.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills that enhance teamwork and enriched client outcomes.

• Experience in crisis intervention and managing acute mental health situations.
• Expertise in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
• Familiarity with using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient tracking.
