Position Summary:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable professional to support regulatory compliance. In this position, you'll be responsible for maintaining producer appointments for the Company. You will also assist with the statistical reporting function by preparing general reports for submission to state insurance departments/bureaus, industry associations, and corporate management.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Maintain producer appointments database and manage workflow for onboarding new producers, create and review periodic reports, and review and correct errors in the system
  • Communicate effectively with individual producers, branch offices, and internal departments in order to complete appointment requests and follow up on missing items
  • Review state and vendor appointment notices to manage workflows and address processing issues
  • Reconcile state appointment lists with producer database prior to state appointment renewal billings; review invoices and request payment for appointment renewals
  • Utilize software systems, Microsoft Excel, and other tools in entering, accessing or retrieving data/information in/from various systems
  • Respond timely to inquiries and reporting needs, providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Ensure accuracy of department information, files, reports, and records
  • Work in a harmonious manner, accept supervision and directions, and interact in a cooperative manner with supervisors, co-workers, internal customers, and other company personnel
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies, Business, or related field
  • Previous work experience at an Insurance Carrier preferred
  • Proven attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
  • Must have strong communication skills, both written and oral, and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of an organization
  • Time management skills, with ability to timely and accurately organize, prioritize, and complete responsibilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient understanding and application of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, and Word

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Office environment; this position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, as approved by manager
  • Frequently sit at a desk or other workstation for extended periods of time
  • Occasionally lift and carry equipment and/or materials weighing up to 15 pounds
