• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and treat mental health disorders, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each client’s unique challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on the specific needs and circumstances of patients, incorporating evidence-based practices into each approach.
• Facilitate regular counseling sessions with individuals and groups, employing therapeutic techniques that encourage open expression and emotional processing.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress consistently, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required to promote optimal outcomes.
• Recognize opportunities for referrals to specialists when clients require additional support beyond the scope of therapy.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed of best practices and current trends in mental health therapy.

• Active LMFT license valid in the state of Oregon.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in mental health therapy, with a focus on addiction counseling being highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices for substance abuse treatment and co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients toward personal growth.

• Experience working with a diverse clientele, particularly in outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.
• Previous experience utilizing telehealth platforms to deliver remote therapy effectively.
