The Clerk of The Circuit Court & Comptroller's office is seeking an enthusiastic, people-focused individual to join our dynamic Customer Services team as a Call Center Representative.

A Call Center Representative plays an essential role in our court operations team, handling moderately complex to advanced clerical work that supports the functions of the Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller. You'll be the first point of contact for callers seeking information about Jury Duty, court dates, traffic matters, felony and family law cases, and even civil lawsuits.

No legal background is required. We provide comprehensive training to help you build confidence, grow your skills, and launch a meaningful career with us. This position is eligible to receive a 5% increase to the hourly rate upon one year of service and demonstrated proficiency in this role.
