Job description

A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring Remote Representative II professionals to support Medicare members, prescribers, and providers by processing coverage-related requests across phone and fax/offline channels. This is a fast-paced, highly regulated role requiring accuracy, strong communication, and comfort navigating multiple systems.


Key Details

  • Pay: $20.27/hr
  • Start Date: October 5, 2026
  • Schedule:
    • Training (first 8 weeks): Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST (no vacation/time off planned during training)
    • Post-training: Rotating 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM–8:00 PM CST, Monday–Friday, plus rotating weekends/holidays
    • Overtime/extended hours may be required during peak periods
  • Remote Requirement: Must be able to work on camera during meetings, including training and team meetings


What You’ll Do

  • Process coverage-related requests (ex: coverage determinations, exceptions, appeals) via inbound/outbound calls and fax/offline casework
  • Set up cases accurately, review documentation, and follow detailed work instructions
  • Make outbound calls to members/providers to gather missing information
  • Document all case activity clearly and accurately across systems
  • Meet productivity, quality, and compliance standards (CMS timelines and internal guidelines)
  • Escalate complex issues as needed and collaborate with team members while progressing through training


Required Qualifications

  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
  • 6+ months experience in customer service, healthcare, pharmacy, call center, or related work
  • Comfortable with data entry and navigating multiple systems (two screens)
  • Typing 30 WPM+
  • Strong written/verbal communication and attention to detail
  • Able to sit and work at a computer for the duration of shift with reliable attendance


Work-From-Home Requirements (Must Have)

  • Dedicated, quiet, separate workspace (minimal interruptions)
  • Wired internet only (no hotspot / no wireless)
  • Internet speed minimum: 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
    (You’ll be asked to provide a speed test screenshot from speedtest.net)


Preferred (Not Required)

  • Pharmacy/medical background
  • PBM / managed care / healthcare environment experience
  • Experience handling confidential member/patient information
  • Work-from-home experience
