You will primarily work with low-acuity adults who are often dealing with common life stressors, relationship issues, or adjustment problems. By engaging clients with empathy and understanding, you will help them develop strategies to manage their mental health proactively and positively. Your efforts will directly contribute to their day-to-day functioning and overall quality of life.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD, permitting independent practice without supervision.
• No history of disciplinary actions within the professional field.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with a high level of comfort using technology for service delivery.
• A stable Wi-Fi connection to support video counseling sessions.

• Experience in telehealth counseling is preferred, showcasing comfort and aptitude with virtual interaction.
• Prior experience working with diverse populations and understanding of cultural considerations in mental health care.
• Proven ability to develop strong therapeutic alliances and engage clients in their treatment plans actively.

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, dependent on hours worked and experience.
