  • Lead the annual benefits open enrollment process, including planning, employee education, vendor coordination, system configuration, and execution
  • Manage relationships with benefits providers, brokers, and external consultants to ensure responsive service, plan integrity, and strong vendor performance
  • Support benefits initiatives and changes in partnership with the Director, Total Rewards
  • Serve as a key point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, providing clear, empathetic, and timely communication that helps staff understand and access the full value of their benefits
  • Develop and promote wellness initiatives that align with Trevor's commitment to mental health, total wellbeing, and inclusion, ensuring underutilized resources become visible and accessible to staff

Compensation Administration & Analysis
  • Partner with the Director, Total Rewards to operationalize Trevor's compensation strategy, including the annual compensation cycle, merit and increase administration, and recognition programs aligned to Trevor's performance, compensation, and promotion cycle timelines
  • Support the analysis, maintenance, and ongoing refresh of Trevor's pay bands and job architecture, contributing to job evaluations, classifications, and leveling consistency across the organization
  • Conduct salary and labor market research, prepare benchmarking analyses, and participate in compensation surveys for competitive and equitable pay practices as needed
