Senior Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role. Senior Consultant, Oracle Cloud HCM Recruiting & Onboarding - U.S. or Canada

Responsible for driving the design, configuration, and delivery of Recruiting and Onboarding workstreams within full lifecycle HCM implementations, including requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and postgolive support. This role serves as a functional subject matter expert in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Onboarding, including requisition and candidate management, job application flows, offer and hiring processes, onboarding journeys, and preboarding workflows. The lead partners closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to translate hiring and onboarding strategies into scalable Oracle solutions aligned to best practices, while facilitating design workshops, supporting testing cycles, and resolving functional issues.

Additionally, this role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with Core HR, Talent, and Learning modules, supports reporting and analytics needs, and develops documentation and training materials, while mentoring junior team members and ensuring high-quality delivery of endtoend candidate lifecycle and onboarding experience solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience

  • 3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users

  • 1-2 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision

  • Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking

  • Strong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams

  • Canadian citizenship is required for TN visa travel to the U.S. as needed.

The estimated base salary for this job is $120,000 - $145,000 (U.S.). The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $134,400 - $171,100 (U.S.). The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
