The Opportunity: Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

This is an opportunity for a proven, performance-driven digital marketing professional to build and scale SSA's inbound engine.

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving search dominance, doubling inbound qualified leads, strengthening SSA's authority in the market, and managing the full digital experience from website to lead capture. This role requires someone who thinks strategically, executes relentlessly, and measures everything.

This is not a social media coordination role. This is an ownership role with clear outcomes tied directly to growth. You will own SEO, website optimization, inbound lead management, and content strategy - and be accountable for measurable performance results.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Own and execute SSA's enterprise-level SEO strategy with the goal of ranking #1 for high-intent keywords across core service verticals
  • Drive a 2x increase in inbound qualified leads within 12 months
  • Position SSA as the clear digital authority and market leader in scientific safety
  • Manage and continuously optimize SSA's website for performance, user experience, and conversion
  • Build and execute a high-quality content strategy aligned to growth priorities
  • Develop landing pages and campaigns that convert traffic into qualified leads
  • Implement structured lead tracking, scoring, and routing processes
  • Partner with Sales and Operations to improve lead quality and conversion
  • Analyze performance data and continuously optimize for ROI
