In this full-time remote position, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality mental health care through telehealth services, enabling clients to improve their mental well-being from the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments through virtual consultations to identify mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities compatible with each client's needs.
  • Support clients in setting realistic, achievable goals related to their mental health progress, measuring outcomes regularly and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential client documentation in alignment with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a relevant field is required.
  • A current, active LCMHC license from the state of Vermont, enabling you to practice telehealth services.
  • Proven experience delivering therapy to clients from diverse backgrounds, demonstrating cultural competence and sensitivity.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and the adaptability to utilize various methodologies based on client needs.
