Role Overview:
  • In this role, you will be working on projects to help evaluate and improve AI using your industry knowledge and strong communication skills.
  • No prior AI experience is required.
  • These projects will help you learn how to leverage AI to advance your field, enhance service delivery, and optimize real estate operations.

What Does Day-to-Day Look Like:
  • Design and solve real-world property management and concierge scenarios to test AI reasoning.
  • Write clear, structured solutions covering tenant relations, lease administration, budgeting, and maintenance coordination.
  • Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, professionalism, and operational insight.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in property or community management, real estate operations, or facilities administration.
  • Experience in U.S. real estate markets preferred.
  • Comfortable using web-based tools for data review and annotation.
  • Excellent English communication and reasoning skills.
