ABOUT THIS POSITION

This Manager position reports to our Director of Solution Adoption and has responsibility for leading a team of Solution Adoption Consultants and Technical Solution Specialists who are accountable for managing the on-boarding experience for new and existing Patient Payments clients in the Ambulatory healthcare space. The goal of the position is to ensure client satisfaction and predictable results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build high performing team focused on projectmethodology, delivering predictable, repeatable projects and revenue based on forecast

  • Develop a bench of individual performers to support our growth plans

  • Understand and support the client project success criteria and metrics

  • Conduct weekly team meetings

  • Attend to team's emergency requestsor client escalationswhen necessary

  • Proactivelymonitorclients to keep satisfaction ata high level

  • Act as a motivator to keep the morale up among team members

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the solution adoption process

  • Coordinate Waystar project team resources and deliverables

  • Proactivelyidentifyand execute on opportunities for process improvements

  • Develop training programs to onboard new consultants and expand the skills of the existing consultants

  • Clearly communicate both in oral and written form, operational results to team members, executive management, vendor partners, and clients

  • Partner with Sales team to ensure smooth hand off from contract close to project kick off

  • Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 4+ years working/managing primarily inHealthcare ITprocesses, ideally focused on patient collections and billing.

  • Proven leadership and issue resolution abilities

  • Strong process orientation, problem solving & troubleshooting skills, and a firm commitment to quality

  • Remote software implementations and project management

  • HIPAA regulation knowledge

  • Healthcareand medical billingterminology

  • Experience withHealthcare Practice Management Systems

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Good written and oral communication skills; team player

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Healthcare, CIS, CS or MIS
