This role offers a remote work setting, which allows for flexible scheduling tailored to your availability. While most therapy sessions may be conducted via telehealth platforms, we encourage participation in occasional in-office meetings for team collaboration and professional development. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations utilizing standardized tools and professional judgment to develop tailored treatment plans addressing each client’s unique mental health needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, incorporating various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Actively collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including case managers, psychiatrists, and medical professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to client outcomes, attending case consultations as necessary.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention strategies and support during acute episodes, utilizing de-escalation techniques and resource management to stabilize clients and refer them to appropriate services as needed.
• Engage in and lead community outreach initiatives that aim to raise awareness about mental health issues, provide educational workshops, and reduce stigma surrounding mental health care.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families from various cultural, socioeconomic, and ethnic backgrounds. • Must possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for establishing rapport with clients and fostering therapeutic relationships.
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and competence to effectively work with a diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in organizational skills and time management to ensure accurate documentation and client follow-ups.

• Experience working in a community health setting or with varied populations dealing with mental health issues.
• Familiarity with telehealth tools and digital documentation practices.
• Prior experience in crisis intervention and management.
