• Conduct virtual one-on-one and group therapy sessions using video conferencing technology to ensure accessibility and convenience for clients.
• Assess clients' psychological and emotional needs through comprehensive evaluations, actively listening to their concerns and priorities.
• Craft tailor-made treatment plans that align with each client's unique circumstances, goals, and therapeutic needs, employing evidence-based methods.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, to guide clients toward achieving their goals.
• Collaborate effectively with other clinicians and support staff to offer coordinated care and holistic treatment strategies for our clients.
• Maintain consistent and accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in scheduled team meetings and training sessions, contributing to an environment of mutual learning and professional development.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage with a varied clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and family dynamics. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present unique needs; therefore, your ability to adapt therapeutic modalities to each individual and family circumstance is paramount to fostering meaningful outcomes.

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Current Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon is mandatory.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, with an understanding of systemic approaches.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Previous experience working in a community health or outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and tools for providing remote therapy services.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and productivity.
