• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs, utilizing established criteria and tools.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based practices and solution-focused therapeutic models.
• Provide high-quality psychotherapy through various modalities tailored to each client, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Document all client interactions and maintain comprehensive and timely clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment.
• Participate actively in case consultations and peer reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Empower clients and their families through education and resources, enhancing their understanding of mental health and available support systems.
• Stay informed about the latest research, techniques, and methodologies in clinical social work to provide the best possible outcomes for clients.

You will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals of varying ages and backgrounds facing different mental health challenges. Our patients often include those dealing with complex trauma, emotional struggles, and life transitions. Your role will be vital in helping them navigate these obstacles and achieve their goals for mental wellness.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia.
• At least three years of clinical experience in psychotherapy, demonstrating proficiency in evidence-based practices.
• Superb communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong capacity to function effectively in a collaborative environment.
