• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with specific goals and tangible interventions, tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Collaborate with medical and mental health professionals such as psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure seamless coordination of care.
• Facilitate effective group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes aimed at enhancing clients’ coping skills and resilience.
• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning as necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation that comply with ethical and legal standards, fostering accountability and transparency in treatment.

You will work with a diverse clientele facing a variety of mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and stress-related issues. Your role will be critical in creating a safe space where clients feel understood and empowered to pursue their mental health goals.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• A strong familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and a passion for continuous learning.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to establish rapport with clients and their families.

• Experience with telehealth and virtual therapy platforms.
• Specialized training in modalities such as solution-focused therapy or trauma-informed care.
• Background in community outreach or integrated care approaches.
