• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to understand clients’ histories, challenges, and strengths.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that outline goals and therapeutic interventions.
• Engage clients using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to promote positive change.
• Maintain accurate and confidential case records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines while utilizing electronic health record systems.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other clinicians, to ensure cohesive care.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities to remain informed of the latest research and advancements in social work practices.

Your work will primarily involve individuals facing mental health challenges and emotional difficulties. You will provide care to a diverse range of clients—including adults, teens, and families—who may be navigating issues related to trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and other life stressors. • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
