• Conduct thorough assessments and individual evaluations to determine clients' therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to address clients' specific challenges.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, and provide tailored counseling for couples and families.
• Document detailed clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in client information.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and staying updated on recent advancements in mental health practices.

This role emphasizes interaction with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults who may experience challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As an LPC at Guiding Growth, you will address the distinct needs of individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds, with a focus on delivering client-centered care that promotes sustainable mental health improvements.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is mandatory.
• Minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical counseling standards and best practices.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to establish effective rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Experience or specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance use treatment, or trauma-informed care is highly valued.
• Proficient use of electronic medical records (EMR) software and familiarity with telehealth platforms are desirable traits for an ideal candidate.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team and contribute to clients' holistic care plans.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload responsibilities. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
