• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess client mental health status and identify specific therapeutic needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy sessions, adjusting techniques and approaches to suit varied client situations.
• Engage in regular consultations with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care and optimal client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to all applicable ethical and legal standards.
• Keep abreast of the latest research and advancements in counseling practices to refine therapeutic methodologies.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, eating disorders, and trauma. Your ability to customize therapeutic approaches to fit the unique needs of each client will play a key role in their recovery journey. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required, showcasing a solid foundation in therapeutic techniques and client interaction.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse therapy, or trauma-informed care is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience working in a community health clinic or similar high-demand environment is advantageous.
