• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis interventions tailored to client needs.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation to meet regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with all applicable mental health service requirements.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to assess client needs and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.
• Engage actively in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that the clinic meets the highest standards of care.
• Serve as a liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
• Maintain open lines of communication with team members and external stakeholders to promote the organization’s mission and objectives within the community.
• Develop relationships with various agencies and organizations to identify potential partnerships and funding opportunities for program expansion.
• Pursue continued personal and professional development by attending conferences and representing the agency in various professional settings.
• Contribute to the overall mission and empirical values of the organization through your counseling practice.

The population you will serve includes individuals seeking support for emotional and mental health challenges, those recovering from substance use disorders, and individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Your work will directly impact their journeys towards independence and self-sufficiency, providing them with the tools and support necessary for a positive life change.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• Must hold an independent LMHC license in the state of Washington or be willing to obtain one (license fees covered by the company).
