Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
  • A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
  • Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building supportive therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • A strong sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude that fosters client trust and rapport.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a caseload and carry out administrative duties.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a community health setting or similar environment is highly preferred.
  • Previous teletherapy experience is beneficial, particularly in adapting therapeutic modalities for virtual sessions.
