• Conduct initial assessments to understand client needs, including structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that encompass the client’s therapeutic goals and align with best practices in counseling.
• Provide high-quality individual, couple, and family counseling sessions via telehealth platforms, adapting techniques to fit the unique needs of various clients.
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with mental health and medical professionals to create a comprehensive care plan for each client.
• Maintain meticulous electronic records of client interactions, interventions, and progress to ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and facilitate effective case management.
• Stay informed about the latest research and methodologies in mental health counseling through continuous professional development opportunities.

In your role as an LPC at Enfolding Arms, you will work with a diverse client population addressing an array of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and coping strategies for life transitions. You will be equipped to create individualized approaches for every client, ensuring that their cultural, social, and personal contexts are understood and integrated into the therapeutic process.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
• Current license as a Professional Counselor in good standing with the appropriate state regulatory board.
• Proven experience in an outpatient setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• Strong collaborative skills, enabling you to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve comprehensive care.
• Proven commitment to continuous professional growth and understanding of current trends in mental health practices.

• Prior experience in an outpatient mental health clinic is advantageous, ideally with a focus on teletherapy services.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
• Specialty certifications in relevant therapeutic modalities (such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR) are a plus.

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
