• Conduct individualized assessments and develop tailored therapeutic strategies for clients.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups to address a variety of mental health concerns.
• Employ a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for all clientele.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops to stay abreast of advancements in mental health practices and research.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families with limited access to mental health care. You will address a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, substance use issues, and relationship challenges, ensuring that your therapeutic approach is sensitive to the unique cultural and individual backgrounds of each client.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado is required.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, ideally within a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards associated with counseling practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with a diverse client base.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team and leverage resources to enhance client outcomes.
• Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and related technologies.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, substance misuse treatment, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.
• Experience working in community health settings or with underserved populations is a significant advantage.

• Competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
