• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, formulating individualized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based practices and solution-focused strategies.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address clients' issues and foster positive change.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential clinical records in adherence to HIPAA regulations, ensuring accuracy for continuity of care.
• Engage in collaborative care with a treatment team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver integrated services.
• Participate in case consultations and supervision, enhancing clinical expertise and promoting high-quality care delivery.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and local resources, fostering empowerment and informed decision-making.
• Stay abreast of the latest research in mental health to continuously improve therapeutic practices.
• Manage a diverse caseload while ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines set by your licensing board, delivering timely and effective treatment.

This role focuses on serving a diverse clientele in the remote community health clinic. Therapists will engage with individuals across various demographics, including adults seeking relief from psychological distress, couples navigated relational challenges, and families facing mental health issues. • A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and empathy.
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities to assess client needs and devise effective treatment strategies.
• The capability to work collaboratively within a team by valuing input from peers and fostering mutual growth.

• Experience in a community health setting, specifically working with vulnerable or underserved populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy modalities, enhancing the ability to connect with clients remotely.
• Previous work with trauma-informed care approaches or certifications in relevant methodologies is highly desirable.
