Our outpatient community health clinic employs an innovative and modern approach to mental health care, encouraging counselors to engage in meaningful therapeutic relationships without the limitations of a traditional office environment. This remote position also allows you to work with a diverse array of clients, adapting your interactions to meet their specific needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations through virtual sessions to create personalized treatment plans for clients that effectively address their needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive, holistic care for each client.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research in mental health practices, attending regular workshops and continuing education opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your expertise will help guide them through their challenges, fostering resilience and coping strategies that support their mental health goals.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in outpatient settings and a background in providing telehealth services will be highly regarded. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and an understanding of state-specific regulations governing counseling practices are also advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 300,000 to 400,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
