Key Responsibilities

  • Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to craft individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs, preferences, and goals, ensuring a client-centered approach to care.
  • Progress Monitoring: Evaluate and document client progress through consistent assessments and feedback mechanisms, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with a multidisciplinary team, exchanging insights and consulting on complex cases to enhance client care and treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications
  • Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license is required.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits include:
