• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients, utilizing various evidence-based modalities.

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse demographic that includes children, adolescents, and adults experiencing trauma-related symptoms and mental health challenges. Your expertise in trauma-informed care will be crucial in helping clients navigate their recovery journeys, fostering resilience, and promoting mental wellness. By employing tailored therapeutic interventions, you'll play a vital role in improving client outcomes and overall community mental health.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the State of Pennsylvania, with the ability to practice independently.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a primary therapist in a mental health setting or demonstrated functional experience in therapeutic relationships within other behavioral health care environments.

• Experience working with trauma-informed care methodologies and evidence-based treatment models.
• Prior experience managing complex cases within multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain clinical documentation and tracking.
