As a therapist within our community, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure holistic patient care.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to ascertain each client's mental health status and emotional needs.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals and challenges.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, incorporating evidence-based practices within individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Monitor client progress, making timely adjustments to treatment approaches based on ongoing evaluations.
• Deliver crisis intervention strategies and support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress.
• Maintain confidential and accurate client records following all legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care strategies.
• Stay informed about advancements in mental health practices and participate in continual learning through training and supervision.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards and professional guidelines established by licensing bodies.

Our mental health clinic serves a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As a therapist, you will have the opportunity to advocate for clients in need of support and to guide them on their recovery paths through evidence-based interventions tailored to their unique backgrounds and experiences.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment capabilities and diagnostic skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client engagement.
• Empathy and commitment to fostering client well-being and therapeutic rapport.
• Adeptness at working both independently and collaboratively as part of a cohesive team.
• Solid understanding of ethical guidelines and laws governing mental health practice.
• A proactive approach towards professional development and learning in mental health.

• Minimum of three years' professional experience as a mental health counselor or therapist in a clinical setting.
• Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of cultural competence in mental health.
• Familiarity with electronic health records systems to maintain and manage client documentation efficiently.
