• Deliver clinical services through the development and implementation of person-centered, recovery-based treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Continuously assess the treatment needs of clients, adjusting approaches as necessary to ensure optimal support and intervention.
• Collaborate with clients to design and monitor individual service plans aimed at cultivating skills for effective coping, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication.
• Educate clients about community resources, acting as a passionate advocate to connect them with essential services.
• Facilitate skill-building activities focused on daily living, leisure interests, caregiver support, and behavior management to promote client autonomy.

You will primarily work with adults who are experiencing various mental health challenges that impede their ability to maintain community stability and independence. Each client has unique needs that require a tailored, compassionate approach. Your role is vital in assisting them to navigate their journey towards recovery, fostering resilience, and helping them establish feasible goals to improve their overall well-being.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current and valid state license from the board, specifically one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• The ability to practice independently without supervision and possess no disciplinary actions on your license.
• Must be computer literate and possess good internet connectivity for remote work.

• Experience in providing direct clinical services to adults dealing with mental health issues.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, reflecting an empathetic and supportive demeanor.
• A history of engaging clients effectively while maintaining confidentiality.
• Familiarity with community resources and advocacy for client needs.
