• Conduct virtual assessments for clients to evaluate their mental health needs and develop individualized, goal-oriented care plans.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for client cases, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Facilitate access to essential services and resources, such as therapy, case management, and community support, to enhance clients’ quality of life.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and community service providers, to deliver comprehensive care.

Your work will primarily focus on clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. You will be supporting individuals from various backgrounds, including those in hospice care, ensuring that they receive compassionate and culturally sensitive interventions throughout their treatment journey.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a community-based or healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in utilizing remote communication platforms and electronic health records for client management.

While the primary qualification for this role is a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, we prefer candidates who have hands-on experience in hospice or palliative care settings. Familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health therapy, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), will also be advantageous.

Inspiration Point Behavioral Health offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000.
