• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health status and identify their specific needs.
• Craft and execute personalized treatment plans, ensuring alignment with clients’ personal goals and therapeutic progress.
• Deliver individual therapy to adult clients using evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Utilize teletherapy technology to conduct virtual sessions, fostering a secure and reliable environment for client interaction.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, drawing upon your expertise to support clients through challenging situations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in workshops, seminars, and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest best practices in mental health counseling.

Your role will focus on a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns. At Carewell, we champion a client-centered approach that empowers individuals to develop resilience and navigate their challenges effectively.

• A valid, active state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time efficiently and maintain accurate records within our client management system.

While not mandatory, experience in a clinical setting utilizing teletherapy is highly valued. Familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities will enhance your effectiveness in this role, as well as experience in managing a diverse caseload.
