• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's circumstances.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) during individual therapy sessions, adapting approaches based on client feedback and progress.
• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients to ensure their active involvement in the treatment process, and continuously monitor their progress through regular evaluations and check-ins.
• Offer flexible teletherapy options to accommodate clients' preferences, ensuring those facing accessibility challenges receive the support they need.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to remain current with the latest advancements in social work practice and mental health interventions.

Your client base will encompass a diverse range of individuals, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and suicidal ideation. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required for this role.
• Active and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in California, with no pending disciplinary actions.
• A proven track record in clinical social work, including substantial experience in assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for a range of mental health issues.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling the establishment of trust and rapport with clients from varied backgrounds and experiences.
• Proficiency in remote communication technologies, coupled with a willingness to adapt to evolving digital platforms used in telehealth.

• Experience working with diverse client populations, particularly in a telehealth or remote counseling setting.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and an understanding of the interplay between physical and mental health.
• Background in crisis intervention and suicide prevention methodologies is highly desirable.
