Working remotely as part of our telehealth service, you will connect with clients via secure video platform technology, providing therapy that adapts to their unique needs. Although remote, you will join a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals including case managers, psychiatrists, and peer support specialists, allowing for collaboration and shared knowledge to enhance client care. • Conduct thorough assessments to gauge the mental health status of clients, collecting and analyzing information to inform individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions tailored for individuals, groups, and families, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
• Regularly collaborate with a diverse range of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and medical providers, to coordinate a holistic approach to client care.
• Utilize crisis intervention techniques to support clients facing acute distress, ensuring their safety and providing immediate emotional assistance.
• Lead community engagement initiatives, participating in workshops and seminars that promote public mental health awareness and aims to decrease associated stigmas.

Our diverse clientele includes individuals dealing with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use disorders. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will interact with clients from all walks of life, allowing you to enhance your cultural competence and understanding of different mental health perspectives. • Possession of an active and independent license, such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate building meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to display cultural sensitivity and competence when working with clients from various ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, critical for maintaining accurate client records and documentation in a timely manner.

• Previous experience in a community mental health setting or similar environment focused on serving diverse populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth best practices, including effective remote communication techniques and platform utilization.
• Expertise in specific therapeutic modalities aligned with the needs of diverse client groups.

The salary ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
