• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs using standardized tools and observations to inform treatment planning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs of each student and family.
• Engage in regular monitoring and adjustment of treatment plans to ensure effective outcomes, providing timely feedback and communication to clients and families.
• Coordinate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to advocate for and create support systems that facilitate academic and personal success.
• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring immediate support is available to students facing acute emotional challenges.
• Document all interactions, assessments, and progress in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies, maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

This position primarily focuses on students from diverse backgrounds who may face various challenges, including trauma, mental health issues, behavioral problems, and socio-economic barriers. As an LCSW, you will play a critical role in helping students navigate these challenges, ensuring they have access to the appropriate resources and support systems.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.
• Must hold an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in social work, particularly within a school setting, is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in the use of remote communication technologies and online collaborative tools.

• Experience in developing and facilitating workshops on social emotional learning and resilience-building for students, teachers, and parents.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and behavioral intervention strategies.
• Previous involvement in school-based mental health initiatives or programs.

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
