• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions through secure video chat, providing a safe and supportive space for clients to share their thoughts and feelings.
• Guide clients in exploring their emotions, experiences, and personal histories, helping them develop insights and coping strategies.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, continually monitoring their progress to adapt treatment plans as needed.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to identify maladaptive behaviors, helping clients to implement healthier coping mechanisms.
• Document session notes and treatment plans within our online therapist dashboard, maintaining concise records that support client confidentiality and compliance.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, primarily stable adults seeking support for a variety of emotional and psychological issues. Our platform verifies each client to ensure a supportive environment, connecting you with individuals who actively engage in their therapeutic journey, allowing for meaningful progress in treatment outcomes.

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Licensing: Candidates must hold active, independent licenses as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Psychologist, Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Please note that limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.
• Effective communication skills are paramount, alongside strong interpersonal abilities and a naturally empathetic demeanor.
• Technical proficiency: Comfort with digital platforms and remote communication technology is essential.

While specific previous telehealth experience is a plus, we welcome mental health professionals with diverse backgrounds who are eager to embrace teletherapy methodologies. Experience in providing counseling to individuals with varying behavioral or emotional concerns will be beneficial in this role.

• A competitive salary within the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
