This position allows for flexibility in your work setting as therapy sessions will primarily be conducted remotely through HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families via secure telehealth systems.
  • Develop and implement trauma-informed treatment plans, ensuring they are culturally sensitive and tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all client interactions in our user-friendly electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Participate in optional peer consultation sessions, continuing education (CEU) opportunities, and collaborative case management meetings to enhance clinical skills.
  • Adapt and deliver care that resonates with your clinical approach, whether it be relational, strengths-based, or integrative.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work primarily with students and their families, addressing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. This role emphasizes culturally competent care and a commitment to inclusivity, ensuring all clients feel affirmed and respected within the therapeutic space.

Qualifications
  • Possession of an active, unrestricted LCSW license in California.
