You’ll manage projects from early concept and design discussions through installation and completion while representing a highly respected portfolio of outdoor recreation and site furnishing products.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building long term relationships, being connected to the local community, and working in an environment where meaningful projects and business development go hand in hand.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools, municipalities, churches, developers, architects, and park departments
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the full project lifecycle

Sales & Project Management

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and specification through close and project execution
  • Coordinate with internal project management and support teams to ensure successful delivery timelines
  • Navigate project timelines, contractor coordination, and ongoing client communication

Design & Industry Collaboration

  • Partner closely with architects, landscape architects, engineers, and consultants during design and planning phases
  • Represent a portfolio of playground, shade, outdoor furnishing, and recreation products
  • Provide light technical review and layout input utilizing CAD tools as needed

  • Support public bid processes, procurement requirements, and RFP-driven opportunities
  • Collaborate with contractors and construction stakeholders throughout active projects
  • Maintain awareness of local development activity and upcoming project opportunities

Relationship Building & Market Presence

  • Represent the organization within the local design, construction, and recreation community
  • Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and community meetings as needed
  • Help strengthen long-term market visibility and client loyalty throughout the territory

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience within sales, project coordination, construction, architecture, engineering, or related industries
  • Experience supporting public procurement processes, construction contracts, or RFP environments preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, and client relationships simultaneously
  • Familiarity with construction processes, general contractors, or playground/park design environments preferred
  • Experience working alongside architects, engineers, or design teams is a plus
  • CAD familiarity or exposure preferred but not required
  • Highly motivated, personable, and community oriented approach to business development

Compensation & Benefits

  • Achievable On Target Earnings (OTE) of $120,000+ year one based on territory growth and profitability goals
  • Fully Remote
