Licensed Insurance Sales Representative - Commission Only
The Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team.
Important Compensation Disclosure:This is a commission-only position. There is no base salary or hourly pay. Earnings are generated through new business and renewal commissions.
This opportunity is best suited for licensed professionals who are comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment and motivated by uncapped earning potential.
Compensation Structure (Commission Only)
  • No base salary
  • 80% commission on new business
  • 80% commission on new lines of business added to existing accounts
  • 50% renewal commission after qualification thresholds
  • Residual income from policy renewals
Leads, systems, and operational support are provided.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and convert new business opportunities
  • Manage and follow up on provided sales leads
  • Conduct coverage consultations and present proposals
  • Bind and issue policies with carrier partners
  • Maintain accurate documentation and client records
  • Support account rounding and cross-selling efforts
  • Collaborate with onboarding and service teams
Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty Producer License (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of personal lines insurance experience
