What You’ll Do
  • Support the annual revenue plan in partnership with Sales leadership and Finance, helping achieve revenue, volume, mix, and rate targets.
  • Evaluate trade promotion performance, including trade spend, event-level ROI and ROTI, risks and opportunities, and post-event results.
  • Analyze pricing, promotions, trade investment, and product mix to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support pricing recommendations through scenario modelling and margin and volume analysis.
  • Assess promotional lift, profitability, and return on investment.
  • Monitor competitive pricing, market trends, and customer performance.
  • Analyze customer, channel, and SKU performance to identify opportunities to improve revenue and margin.
  • Build dashboards and reports that make commercial performance easy to understand and act on.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in revenue growth, sales or commercial analytics, pricing, category management, commercial finance, or a related role.
  • CPG, food, or retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills; Power BI experience is an asset.
  • Experience with NielsenIQ, Loblaw LDIA, Walmart Scintilla, or Circana is an asset.
Compensation & Details
  • Base salary: $75,000–$90,000 CAD, plus a 10% annual bonus.
  • Amazing benefits and three weeks paid vacation.
