You will serve as a PURCHASE CARD PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR in the SUPPLY DEPARTMENT of CENINFOWARTRA PENSACOLA FL.

  • You will delegate assignments to command and subordinate command card holders, provide training, and oversight to ensure the integrity of purchase card use.
  • You will maintain contractual files/financial records for audits.
  • You will ensure property disposal procedures are followed and required assets are sanitized prior to disposal.
  • You will manage government and contractor personnel performing inventory database maintenance.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Adhering to financial and budgetary policies, regulations, and directives to justify and execute agency requirements; 2) Utilizing office software and computer programs to support and manage databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with established guidelines; 3) Advising personnel on financial procedures to identify deficiencies and take corrective actions; and 4) Providing technical assistance and guidance to administrative personnel on agency procedures and office automation systems.
