Title: Monday.com Consultant

Duration: 6-month contract

Visa: USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD

Location: Remote (EST hours)

Top Skills:

  • Strong background in:
    • Workflow design
    • Automation
    • Enterprise project management platforms
  • Ability to deliver documentation and knowledge transfer
  • Comfortable working with leadership and large stakeholder groups (≈55 managers)

 

Job Description:

The consultant(s) will be responsible for:

  • Configuring the Monday.com platform to Southern Company Gas specifications
  • Designing workflows, automations, and best‑practice project structures
  • Supporting enterprise‑level project phases:
    • Project management & planning
    • Instructional design
    • Training delivery
    • Change management and enablement
  • Providing:
    • Configuration documentation
    • Knowledge transfer
    • Transition support post‑rollout

Once implementation is complete, Southern Company Gas will own and manage the platform internally.

 

Interview Process:

1 panel interview.

  • Must answer all questions and for it to be sent in the submittal package!
  • Emphasis on technical capability
  • Sample work may be requested
  • Selection driven primarily by technical depth, not lengthy interview cycles
