Job Summary:

We're seeking a Production Artist who is detail-oriented and possesses a high level of technical skill with the Adobe Creative Suite. Efficiency, flexibility, and versatility are the hallmarks of their skill set; however, this person should still be comfortable designing smaller graphic projects independently or with minimal direction. The right candidate offers the utmost focus and extreme diligence in owning and creating detailed, 100% accurate layouts in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.

This person will support creative that follows brand guidelines and aligns to state regulations within multiple channels including display, site, social, email, flyers, and in-store signage. They will report to the Wholesale Creative Designer and closely collaborate with Trulieve's Wholesale Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

-        Independent Production:

    • Take design concepts from the creative team and execute them into polished, production-ready files for digital and print media.
    • Independently manage file formats, color profiles, and resolution adjustments based on project requirements.
    • Proofread all design elements for accuracy and consistency with brand guidelines.
    • Perform image manipulation, retouching, and color correction as needed.

-        Creative Decision-Making:

    • Make informed design choices within established brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all materials.
    • Identify potential design issues and propose solutions proactively.
    • Collaborate with the Wholesale Creative Designer on creative refinements when necessary, but maintain autonomy in the final production stages.

-        Technical Proficiency:

    • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for file manipulation and layout creation.
    • Knowledge of digital design standards for web and social media.
    • Experience with asset database servers (DAMs) and workflow systems (Monday.com)
    • Additional experience with After Effects is a huge plus

-        Quality Control:

    • Conduct thorough quality checks on all final artwork before delivery to ensure accuracy and high visual standards.
    • Identify and address potential production issues before they arise.
    • Maintain a detailed file organization system for efficient project management.
    • Good sense of design aesthetics
    • Excellent time management skills

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to provide an online portfolio displaying body of work
